Daoud, a twenty-year Baghdadi, is sent to the frontline in an Iraqi desert. Knowing how to type, he is assigned to register the dead coming back from the frontline to a sorting station, from where the bodies are distributed and returned to families. Whilst in this job, he finds a survivor amongst the dead bodies labeled “cowards”. Daoud decides to return Ali to his family.
