In the strawberry greenhouses of Andalusia, four Moroccan women navigate the challenges of working far from home, having left their families and country to travel to Spain in search of emancipation. What begins as a pursuit of independence quickly entangles them in exploitation.  Strawberries recounts the struggle of these women, who risk losing everything, to expose a system of modern-day slavery at Europe’s doorstep.
