The performance will see a staging in Damascus of British playwright Sarah Kane's play Crave, where four characters grapple with the harsh and painful realities of personal and public life. Kane’s script breaks down form and content into a fragmented structure, where the mundane and the poetic coexist and the public and private spheres intersect.
