Project Partners: Art and Life for Children at Risk (Egypt), Liv’Art (Tunisia)

The project is to train young men and women from Tunisia and Egypt in the field of cinematic art through training courses in various disciplines under the supervision of artists and specialized technicians. It is tailored to provide the participants with skills in the art of cinema so that they can accomplish short films. The films will then be screened at a film festival between Tunisia and Egypt in the presence of artists from both countries and from other countries around the world.

Le projet consiste à former de jeunes hommes et femmes de Tunisie et d’Egypte dans le domaine de l’art cinématique, à travers des cours de formation dans diverses disciplines, supervisés par des artistes et des techniciens spécialisés. Il est conçu de sorte à offrir aux participants des compétences dans l’art du cinéma, afin qu’ils puissent développer leurs propres courts métrages. Les films seront ensuite présentés durant un festival du film entre la Tunisie et l’Egypte, en la présence d’artistes des deux pays ainsi que d’autres pays du reste du monde.
