The project is an art book based on a research into the history of video art in Egypt, with a focus on its obscure initial six years. The book tells stories from this unofficial history besieged by the official, institutional art history narrative.  Over the last three years, the author has gathered the fragments and documents of this unknown and lost history in Dusseldorf, Barcelona, Zurich, Geneva and Cairo.
