Nehna wel Amar wel Jiran is a free, outdoor festival, open to any and everybody. The festival offers Performing Arts, dance, puppetry, visual installations and music. A quartier becomes a welcoming space animated by encounters, interactions and collaborations between neighbors, artists and audiences. For its fifth edition the festival will expand and also decentralize its activities to two villages out of Beirut.
