Zainab Guedira has fifteen years of experience in strategy, management, organization, communication and institutional relations in the private and public sectors, with a specialization in culture.  After initial experiences in consulting and within the Moroccan Agency for Investment Development, she joined the cultural sector in 2014 as Chief of Staff of the President of the National Museums Foundation. At the Foundation, she was in charge of the elaboration of the strategic plan, the communication and the partnerships of the institution and ensured the management of large international exhibitions. Between 2017 and 2021, she was the general manager of the Hiba Foundation, where she managed the Renaissance Cinema, the Hiba Recording Studio and all the projects carried out by the institution as part of its strategy to develop the cultural sector in Morocco. Zaïnab has passed the preparatory classes to the Grandes Ecoles and is a laureate of Audencia Business School, France.
