Born in Beirut in 1982, Jinane Dagher graduated from Sorbonne Nouvelle – Paris 3 in 2006 with a Master II in Cinematographic and Audio-Visual Studies. She has worked on several feature films as an Assistant Director and Production Manager. In 2008, Jinane became a producer in “Orjouane Productions”, a film production company based in Beirut. Since then, she has produced “We Were Communists” by Maher Abi Samra (2010, premiered at La Biennale de Venise- Orizzonti), “74” by Rania and Raed Rafei (2012, premiered at FIDMarseille and won the GNCR prize), “Makhdoumin” by Maher Abi Samra (2016, Berlinale Forum), “Manivelle : The Last Days of the Man of Tomorrow” by Fadi Baki, among others.
