Mais Harb is a singer from Suweida’ in the south of Syria. She graduated in 2008 from the High Institute for Music in Damascus, where she specialized in Oriental singing. In her three albums, she presented two types of songs in parallel. The first is modernized heritage songs accompanied by an Oriental orchestra with an arrangement fitting the melody and identity of the heritage. The second is her own songs which she writes and composes.
