Rabab Chamseddine is a photographer and poet based in Beirut and Tyre. Her photography has been exhibited at the Beirut Art Center within the collaborative event يا رايح عالجنوب (Ya Rayeh 3al Janoub), and her poetry was featured in We Call to the Eye & the Night: Love Poems by Writers of Arab Heritage (Persea Books, 2003). Rabab’s work looks into the poetics of everyday life, focusing on the intimate and deeply personal relationships between people and their environments. Through her documentation of urban and rural landscapes in Beirut and the south of Lebanon, she seeks to uncover the stories that shape these areas into habitats and homes.
