The Hadhramout Culture Foundation operates nationally, with its headquarters in Mukalla city, Hadramout governorate. Within its creative departments, the foundation targets cultural stakeholders, especially writers, theater artists, and musicians, working to develop their literary and artistic skills, boost their economic opportunities, and increase their visibility locally, nationally, and internationally.

The organization also supports their artistic and literary expressions through grant programs for individuals, artistic groups and emerging cultural institutions and initiatives. 

Other programs also cover cultural heritage preservation, public concerts, children’s literature, creative camps, and local theater festivals.
