Youssef Michraf, born in Casablanca, Morocco, pursued his passion for cinema in France, earning a degree in cinema and audiovisual studies from La Sorbonne before advancing to the directing department at La Fémis. His short films have been showcased at international festivals, including the Namur International Francophone Film Festival and the Durban International Film Festival. Youssef is currently developing his debut feature film, Amine, which received the ArteKino Prize at the Atlas Workshops during the Marrakech International Film Festival in 2021.
