Jana Ismail, a Palestinian born in Tyre, Lebanon, holds a BA in translation and has pursued academic courses in management. In 2021, she traveled to Russia to study choreography. Her work includes the solo performance Shades of Darkness at the Tiro International Arts Festival, Beyond Death at the Lebanon International Theater Festival for Contemporary Dance, I Love You at the World Music Day Festival, and a solo ballet at the Art Talent Festival. Jana also participated in improvisation and contemporary dance workshops with Lebanese and international artists at Lebanon’s National Theater.

While in Russia, Jana choreographed two Russian folklore dances and one Palestinian piece. She also served as choreographer for The Blue Bird with the Room 24 troupe.
