Razan Alsayed

Razan is a writer and director for television and theater. She studied economics at Damascus University and earned a degree in theatrical studies from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in Damascus. She has contributed to television series, such as Share Chicago and Dafa, and served on the evaluation committee at the Writables Center for one year. Razan co-wrote a short TV series currently in production for the Ten Times platform and worked as a dramaturg on a theatrical performance titled Acting: Realities of a Theatricalized World, directed by Fawaz Hassoun with the Directorate of Theaters and Music in Damascus. She also conducted a staged reading of a script for a play she wrote with the support of the Citizens Artists Foundation.
