Fonoon aims to cultivate a vibrant and sustainable cultural community by providing access to the practice and appreciation of art. At the level of public outreach, Fonoon plans to build an extensive database of Libyan artists that can then be used for yearly awareness campaigns on art’s social function. These campaigns will be paired with cultural events held at Fonoon’s culture hub. For artists, the hub will provide a series of workshops and studios for practice.
