Yaqeen Yamani is a Palestinian photographer from Jericho with a bachelor of arts in media studies from Al-Quds Bard College. She is currently pursuing a masters degree in fine arts photography at the Tyler School of Art and Architecture at Temple University. With photography and film as her main mediums, Yaqeen’s work explores concepts of identity, microaggression in language and the archive as a system.
