Sylvain Adas is a Lebanese director born and raised in Paris. After studying mathematics, physics, and computer science, Sylvain joined La Fémis film school in 2016. He graduated from the sound department in 2020. Since then, he has worked on documentary film projects in Lebanon. The Other Country is his first film. In parallel, he works as a re-recording mixer in sound post-production for cinema.
