Dar Qandeel for Culture and Arts is an independent, not-for-profit, cultural organization. It was established in 2003 by a group of young artists and activists in the city of Tulkarm in Palestine. It aims to facilitate the access to arts and culture among youths. Dar Qandeel works to raise awareness on the importance of culture and arts in the lives of people and the community through the implementation of creative cultural and artistic community programs and activities far from the prevailing stereotypes.
