Odai al-Zoubi is a Syrian storyteller, writer and translator who lives in Sweden. He received a degree in philosophy from the Lebanese University (2007) and a doctorate in the philosophy of language from University of East Anglia in the UK (2015). He has published several short story collections, including A Half Smile in 2022, The Book of Wisdom and Naivety in 2019, and Windows in 2017, and a collection of articles titled The Missing Lamp of Umm Hashim.
